Why Disney make their girl dressed up like a clown?

Hannah Montana? Wizzard of Waverly? Zack n Cody? HSM? All the girls from their show dress up super Fugly
It's that a trend or what?
 
For one reason only. MONEY. Girls are treated as clowns in Hollywood, where have you been? Women are exploited like none other so the more clownish, cutish, whatever stupid adjective used to describe teenage girls , Disney and many others like it will continue until society will treat them with respect. Gotta keep the money rollin'.
