Prices fluctuate, people get and lose jobs, and new policies are adopted EVERY SINGLE DAY. Therefore, the inevitable conclusion is that Bush has no responsibility whatsoever for any economic event taking place today.
However, Bill Clinton is COMPLETELY responsible for the mortgage meltdown, isn't he?
