Why didn't the Lakers trade Derek Fisher for Devon Harris? It's obvious Harris is better than Derek Fisher whom has already passed his prime while Harris hasn't reached his peak yet. If money/cap was an issue, why couldn't they waive Derek Fisher and gave Jordan Farmer the starting PG position? He's been a 2nd PG for the Lakers for more than three years and has more than proved he's starting PG material.
Why couldn't the Lakers give away players such as Sasha Vujacic (Gotten worse), D. J. Mbenga (There's no hope for him), Luke Walton, and Adam Morrison (Biggest bust of the 2006 NBA draft) for future draft picks or trade them for solid bench players such as a Leandro Barbosa, Taj Gibson, or Jamario Moon.
Wouldn't the Lakers be a better team without the players I've listed above?
