I enrolled in the Student Loan Repayment through the Army, and I've served for the last three years. I'm on my second deployment to Iraq. I've never been flagged or had UCMJ action. Today I looked online and my final student loan repayment from the Army finally went through. It was supposed to be for $18,500, the same amount as the last two payments, but it was only for $13,200!!! What gives??? And yes, I know to call them up--I intend to. I'm just posting this in hopes that someone might give me an answer before the place opens so I can get a better idea of what might be going on.
Why didn't the Army pay off all of my student loans?
