Why didn't Optimus Prime share the auto-bots advancements in weaponry?

I mean why didn't he at least share some of the advancements with the Nest Team so the humans could efficiently kill Decepticons

Because humans would use the tech to kill each other and then the autobots would feel guilty about it.

Well I don't know if you remember the secobd movie but optimus is asked that question by some leader dude and optimus responds that he has seen the human capacities at warvand say with such weapons with great power the humans will destroy everything and bring earyh to its doom.optimus doesn't really trust the humans on that department
