Why didn't Jesus tell the multitudes who followed him "God had sex with my mother"?

It seems every Christian church teaches that to anyone who will listen.

...... Why didn't Jesus tell Paul's story to the multitudes who followed him, why didn't Jesus simply say "God had sex with my mother, and that made my blood magically special, and if you kill me, my blood will wash away your sins of yesterday, today, and tomorrow"?
