...half a million of Iraqis? Instead everyone talked about the thousands of American deaths. Surely half a million civilian deaths (only a very small percentage were insurgents) is greater than America's few thousand deaths (all military) and is more important. Aren't all humans equal??
At least 150 000 Iraq civilian deaths: http://www.cbc.ca/world/story/2010/10/23/wikileaks-iraqi-death-toll.html
Think about how many were not reported at all. Think about how many people were displaced and lost their homes, their loved ones. A member in the family dying affects everyone in the family.
Exactly. You can't discern the difference because it's impossible. It would be like invading Australia to fight against the underground terrorists that probably every country has. Iraq is not a terrorist haven. Saudi Arabia is. Go against them, they're the ones funding it.
That's just ignorant Sandra. Read your site: This is not a complete list, nor can we verify these totals. This is simply a compilation of deaths reported by news agencies. Actual totals for Iraqi deaths are much higher than the numbers recorded on this site.
