I always used to watch my mum and I followed what she did.
Yesterday, I poured in 4 cups of rice. THen I filled the water to the 4 cups level (definitely the 4 cups,i checked and checked again).
SO i turned the appliance on, all was well, but after a while, water started to pour out! and then I had to open the cover and close it again to let it recede. But a lot of water flowed out!
Why did this happen and what can I do to prevent it? thanks.
