I found a picture of a man who had been electrocuted by a downed power line,he still had the power line in his hand, for some reason, they had a blanket covering the middle and lower part of the front of his pants, but you could still see the upper part part of his jeans and the waistband of his briefs showing as well as his legs.
I have seen pictures of deceased people killed by other means and none of them had the middle and lower part of their pants covered, but the pictures of people electrocuted always had the middle and lower part of their pants covered.
So,my question is,why do they have a blanket covering the middle and lower part of his jeans of electrocuted people, and not his entire body? But no covering on people who die by other means?
