They've revamped the original series with state-of-the-art production values for the latest version release.
On one hand, it's nice to see how it would be done if created today instead of the late 60s.
On the other hand, you can still buy the original series untouched, so everyone can be happy.

May be a bad idea to you, but it looks more realistic and its far easier for the fx crews to work with.
