Democratic Legislation was blocked? The Democrats couldn't prevent the tax cut extensions for the top 2%, they couldn't pass the Dream act, and GOP Senators even blocked the First Responders Health Care Bill.

Why do you think the Don't Ask Don't Tell was able to win some enough GOP support to get passed?
