contingent on success for a bonus? In other words they worked for nothing to get the chance that if they could make the restructuring work to save the company ,then the would get pay in the form of bonuses....Ok Why doesn't Congress work under the same plan?See if Congress could ever make the Government run more efficiently .Until they prove they are gonna save us they should get no pay either!
