Why did the McDonalds on Harlesden High St, NW London close down?

There are lots of rumours and speculation but can anyone throw some light on the closure? McDonalds NEVER close resturants. Even throughout the property boom over the last 4 years, the store was not sold and is not for sale.
 
maybe they going to bring it down and build a bigger one!. mc Donald's is bad anyways so don't even worry about this.
 
cuz america is fat and we demanded more mcdonalds.
we need all the mcburgers!!
