I recently have had a gut infection as my dr called it, and i was prescribed Flagyl. I took the dose as I was told 1 pill by mouth 3 times a day. I want to say I finished about last week if I recall correctly. And know starting today my sharp stomach pains have returned.. ANy ideas why
