Why did my photos come out like this?

Okay, I just ordered my pictures off Walmart.com and Mostly all of them came back great. Then about 20 of them came back very very blurry, cant even tell whos who. Do i get them as smaller, like wallet size instead of 4x6?
they look fine on my computer but they are smaller on there.., not blurry, but messed up when i pick them up.
 
i suggest taking them back to walmart and going to another store were they do picture prints

or yea just get it smaller (if that doesn't work as above)

It all depends on the quality the pictures are when they are taken in. If the focus is off on the pictures that are on the camera, then regardless of the size or where you take them, they will come out blurry. Retailers don't alter the pictures you give them to develop, they just take what is on the film/card and create an in hand photo for you.
