I have a 88 jepp cherokee Xj laredo. Im trying to read the smog paperwork to figure out why it didn't pass can anyone help? it failed on the CO(%) everything else passed but it failed on the 15mph and 25 mph test from what the report says. the measurements are1.22 (15mph) and 1.24 (25mph). the catalitic converter and muffler were replaced 3 years ago, So hopefully its not that again. thank you all 
how will I know if the O2 sensor is clogged? the cataytic converter was replaced by a repair shop, do you really think they would put on the wrong one? thats $800 down the drain
