I went to the gym this morning and I did my usual weightlifting routine. For some reason everything felt a lot harder than usual. like I could lift it, but it hurt and I felt the burn a lot more than usual, like I had lost strength or muscle or something.
I thought it could be over training but I haven't been to the gym for around 4 days!
Any ideas what it could be?
