I can answer 1 of these questions, #6

Easiest fish to breed, Red Forest Jewels and also Convicts, they are both cichlids

1. Well, did you put them in a tank that had been set up for a while or did you just put them in a tank that wasn't cycled? Babies are fragile. That could have been the reason.
2. Do you mean more mollies? Do you mean you want mollies that stay together for life? If so, mollies do not do that. If you mean that you want a male and a female just ask the person getting the fish to get a pair.
3. Depending on what kind of mollies they are they need brackish water. Make sure you have perfect ph, ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. This one is a must! Put them in a cycled tank.
4. They are brackish...Was your water good? Did you monitor the water quality? Did you put in water conditioner?
5. You need hiding spots. If you have lots of plants and caves etc. You can keep them in with the parents.
6. Guppies.
7. Guppies are tropical. I have read some cories are very easy. Platies probably are too. Hope I helped!!
