I have always craved salt. (i'm 38). I've always joked about eating so much salt that it will be the end of me, Then about 1 month ago I started having like things, that people call black outs when i woke up. I was alert, but mind wise, but it's like the eyes and ears went black. I asked doc about it. She said put more salt on your food ?? Me the saltaholic all my life, more salt. Is there ike people that are deficient to salt?-- By the way the black outs went away.
Why did my dr, tell me to eat more salt?
