stopped going into reverse? I have a 1998 Toyota Camry that had not had the transmission fluid changed for a while and suddenly it stopped working at all, although it would still go into reverse. However, after changing the fluid three times and making some adjustments, the mechanic said it would slowly go forward. However, when we tried it, it was the same as before: It would work in Reverse but not go into gear. He started changing the gear shifter between Drive, Rear and Neutral while stepping on the gas, and suddenly the problem reversed: It now goes into all forward gears PERFECTLY (we drove it around for 20 minutes), but it wouldn't go into reverse any more. Any ideas what could be happening and what I should do now? (I am 200 miles away from the nears place that will look at a transmission).
