Why did I test positive and my husband and my ex tested negative?

I was thinking about this, So a few years ago I went to the hospital and I was in terrible pain, and it turned out I had Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Chlaymdia and Gonnorea.

I tested positive for both of those, and I my exboyfriend and my husband (who was my fiance at the time) they both tested negative. I didn't sleep with anyone else.

Then I tested positive for Chlamydia after antibiotics. I saw both their test results, why did this happen??
by the way those are the only two men i have ever been with, ever
 
they probably had it, and didn't tell you. there is no otehr way you could of gotten it besides them.
 
its possible one of them had it and was treated for it and never told you about it
