...was turning? I just drove from the north of France to the south coast about 700 miles and literally saw hundreds of massive wind turbines all over the Alps.... I mean not one of them was turning... okay because there was no wind but why waste the money to put them up in the first place as surely this cash could be better spent elsewhere?
