Why did I get a Warrant of Debt from the person I hit in a car accident if I

already paid the deductible? The accident was about 2 years ago and for some reason I just got a warrant of debt today. I already paid the ticket from the police and the deductible for my car insurance on time 2 years ago. If the plaintiff wanted more money regarding to the accident, why are they going after me instead of my car insurance company?
