Mesopotamia, Ancient Egypt, Indus Valley Civilization, Mayan Civilization, Sumerian Civilization and many others all seemed to have started at the same time by today's current knowledge. What boggles my mind is why did humans travel so far away from each other (Mayan compared to Indus Valley) or even the lesser known ones even more spread across the world. Did early humans really hate each-other that much to migrate across the world and start civilizations away from each-other just for the sake of migrating? I may be ignorant to a lot of facts; or maybe even the most knowledgable people on this subject have no more answers than I. Anyone have any insight?
