Why did "Global Warming" change to "Climate Change"?

Because temps were NOT getting higher. Now the catch phrase "climate change" can be used to mean ANY variation in the weather. What ever they call the movement, it represents a reason for the government to control human behavior.

Also, why did the hacked emails constantly suggest that the scientists from the IPCC feel it's a shame they can't prove the earth is getting hotter?

they changed it to rebrand their socialist ideals of a one world government. Mohnkton claims that the Copenhagen summit and all who sign for it will allow for the UN to take control of certain aspects of governments. Not sure how that would legally apply to the USA where we are bound by US law and not outside interference and governance. Also if I believe that legally under the constitution if a law was introduced which was not constitutional then we would have the right to defend our constitution by any means necessary. So I doubt the UN would try and impose separate laws here.
