Why did Curry's not fix my tv ?

i gave them my tv to fix it because the screen was smashed, and they just brought it back saying it has not been fixed because we have abused it, we have had the TV for 5 years why would we start to abuse it now, so i have to go out and buy another TV because they won't fix it fucking arseholes
