Why courts cannot enforce its own laws?

Because courts use Admiralty law, or contract law, and not Common law, if you know the difference, then you will know the answer. If you don't know the difference, then go to: FMOTL.com, or www.tpuc.org.
 
can someone explain me why courts cant enforce its own laws?

1. how is the supreme court isolated from public opinion or from pressure unlike the other 2 branches of government
