has plenty of food and water, he has a gazillion chew toys and a stuffed Kong. What could I be missing?
I've played with him a gazillion times today. Tug of war, fetch, we've walked, I've petted him.
Edit: He was whining 'cause even though he had just gone out, he needed to potty again and ended up using the floor instead. Poor baby. We've only had him a week and we're just starting to understand each other. Thanks for everyone's help.
