too many people on here like to comment on poetry and have no idea about it's actual form. further more why comment if you are only going to give the poet a " text book " 8th grader answer?
i apoligize i am not talking about the ones who enjoy reading it and give there thoughts in a true manner of critisizm what i am refering to is the ones who include " suck " and " childish " in there comments and say that all poetry has to rhyme.....
there is a way to convey negetive opinions on poetry without coming accrossed as a complete jacka** so again i apoligize
look ac i have been nice thus far but i am going to say this much. Don't seek out to put a person down when you don't bother to read past the first three lines of a poem.
as for the fact of " thinking your the greatest natural talent" well not one true poet does they enjoy writing and when they write it helps them so it's not about fame we all write bad poetry but no one is going to be perfect..
And several poets read the greats. but no one was ever considered great until they stood against the pack.
remember at one time Edgar allen Poe was considered to be one who didn't conform to poetry's " logic" .
and it is possible to have natural talent. further more, not all on here just say compliments to appease the writer, I have seen several non rude answers that conveyed dislike to the poems.
