i bought the phone a few weeks ago and after taking it out of the box, it was able to turn on by pressing the red button. but after that, whenever i wanted to turn on my phone, i have to use a power source(charger or usb cables connected to a computer) to switch it on.i wanted to try and update my software because of this but to update the software, the phone's battery needed to be taken out and replaced in. however, the problem occurs when i want to try and switch it on again to update.
