why cant my rosella walk?

i rescued a young rosella from about 20 crows, it was in shock when i picked it up. I found it yesterday and have managed to hand feed it and give it water using a syringe. He has calmed down alot since yesterday. He seems to not be able to walk. i looked at his legs and he can grip my finger and he can pull his foot back into him if i gently pull it away from him. He cant sit up properly he just lies down.

What could be wrong? If he had broken his feet, toes, ancle he would have screached when i was touching his feet.

oh and just if you know how many mls of water should a rosella drink?
