Why can't I view videos on my LG (Ks360)mobile :(?

I just downloaded a movie onto my external memory card (a 2 gig sandisk if that helps) and when I put it into my phone (an LG KS360 web-slider) I go through all the folders but can't find it! It is really frustrating!! I have changed the format of the movie file about 6 times but it still doesn't recognise it. Help me PLEASE!!
