I'm running Vista on a HP Pavillion notebook. I'm paying £20/month for the next 18 months for an internet dongle with Vodafone. I can connect to either 3g or GPRS, however i do not get any upload/downloads. I cannot use any web browsers, or any other internet programs.
Customer support have been useless, and will not help me with anything (saying it must be my 8month old laptop).
Has anyone else had similar problems? Any solutions??
