I've been trying to update my Nokia n97 software, my phone is currently using version 12.0.024 and the latest version is 21.0.045, using Nokia Ovi Suite and Nokia Software updater but it fails every time on both programs. On Nokia Ovi Suite it says (INTERNAL, Your device could not be detected.) and on Nokia Software updater it says (please check that your device is switched on and connected to your PC and try locating the device again.) even though before I start the update it finds my device and also finds the new software update, can you please help me with this problem.
Why cant I update the software on my nokia n 97?
