Why cant i send texts?

Why cant i send Texts to this person?.. i have been texting them all day..and all of a sudden it says " Delivery Failed: (General Problems)"..I can text other people just fine... but it stopped letting me send texts..To just This ONE person Can anyone tell me what is wrong or how i can fix this?.. I have Cricket Btw
