Why can't I send ringtones from my computer to my phone via bluetooth?

I have connected and paired my computer and phone, but I cannot send the ringtones. My phone says that the pairing device is closed, but I don't understand. I have a Samsung M320, and I'm pretty sure it supports mp3s.
