Model: Samsung T401G
So, I just got this new phone from Net10. It can do everything else fine. I can even receive picture messages. I just can't send them for some reason. I take a picture, and then I choose to send it as a message. Net10 deducts the 2.5 minutes right away, and they charge for every minute it takes to send the message. Only problem is, the message never gets sent. I didn't realize this at first, and left my phone unattended for 10 minutes. The picture was never sent, yet I was still charged the $1.25 as if it had been.
Is anybody else having this problem?
Does anybody have a solution other than calling customer support?
