Why can't i reserve a steak at the supermarket?

I can reserve a table at a steak house, but i can't reserve a steak at my local supermarket. They should have photos of the steaks available online so I can reserve what steak I want ahead of time. My time is way too valuable to spend shopping like other people do and i demand to have steak knowledge before i enter the store.
 
uuuuhhhh what the hell....just go to another store. maybe a meat market where there is an abundance of meat. this sounds so "upity".
