My cell phone is a wifi java mp3 mp4 tv phone touch screen. I have unlimited texting,picture messages,calling,and Internet.Tho when I get a picture message it gives me an option to download, but when I click ok and download it will just say 0%, then on then on screen that says there's an error & can't download. This happens with most pictures that are sent. what should I do?? please I need help.
