Why can't I receive or send picture messages on my Droid Incredible running Android 2.2?

Since the 2.2 Froyo update for Android about a month ago, I have been unable to receive or send picture messages to iphones, blackberries, and other android devices. It worked fine before the update. Any ideas what the problem might be? I'm about to storm down to the Verizon store and cause a ruckus...
