I just moved from Annapolis, MD to Cleveland, OH because of college and when i arrived in Cleveland, i soon thereafter discovered that when someone called me, my phone didn't ring, ever; BUT, i was still able to dial calls perfectly normal.
Granted my phone was old and had other issues, i thought buying a new phone would resolve the problem, but alas, it did not. I upgraded from an LG Env3 to the LG Env TOUCH and the same problem has continued.
I tried calling *228 to update my preferred tower list and the roaming stuff but that didn't do anything. and seeing as the problem existed on both phones, one of which being brand new, i have to believe it is service related and not phone related.
If anyone has any experience with any similar issues, a solution that might work or any advice i would love to hear it because I am tired of not receiving calls from people. Thank you so much in advance.
