Freezer Burned

I have a 2000 Jaguar s-type auto and a little while ago my cluster, or display dash went out. I can't read the miles, no gas estimator, and worst of all no trouble codes or warning messages will pop up. Some other weird symptoms that may or may not be related are: Radio section will display weird symbols or illegible text randomly, and the display dash will actually come back on magically IF it is below 32 degrees (give or take) outside, and the car has been running less than 10 mins. wth? Is this gonna be one of those, my mechanic husband can't fix it and I have to take it to Jag to do some specialty crap? or easy electric fix?
