why can't I play piano, despite years of lessons?

as a kid i was somewhat traumatized by being forced to play, but still, just now as i tried to bang out a simple tune, how come i can't even do that?

i need sheet music for everything otherwise im fucked

You're probably too young to play piano. Your coordination and mental agility is not fully developed until at least age 21.
