I've logged in to both accounts using different browsers, browser seems to make no difference. On the att account it shows Norton scanning the attachment window and when I say okay. Nothing happens. Everything works normally on my yahoo account. Any idea what is going on? This is a business account and I receive a lot of attachments.
Why can't I open attachments in my att&t email but I can in my yahoo mail?
