I can send texts and receive those just fine, but every time I try to make a call it never connects and hangs up by itself. People have told me they've tried to call me but it just sends them to my voicemail and I never get a missed call notification. I've call *228 and updated my roaming stuff and tried to reprogram the phone, I took it to a verizon store and she told me my internal antenna was broken and I would have to get a new phone, but I have old ones I activate and they will not work either. My parents and brothers phones are not having this problem. I don't understand.
Why can't I make or receive calls on my verizon phone?
