why cant i make calls on my i465 boost mobile phone?

i never had any problems with this phone until i switched to the 1 dollar a day plan, i have switched my plan back to the $50.00 monthly unlimited and now i can only recive calls, when i make an outgoing call, no matter who im calling it says " the phone number u have dialed is not in service". y is this.
