I'm going to quote from someone who had the exact same problem, on the exact same phone --- which she fixed, but it's not clear how she did it! To quote: "I used to be able to access my yahoo e-mail on my phone. I didn't even have to login each time. Then I noticed yahoo's front page seemed to be going through some changes and I couldn't get to my email anymore. It would ask me to login then tell me my ID and/or password was incorrect. I figured out a work-around by searching yahoo mail on google and it would take me right to my email. Again it wouldn't make me login, it would just go straight to my inbox. Now my work-around isn't working anymore and yahoo still tells me my ID and password are incorrect. Also it doesn't look like the yahoo home page is refreshing itself as the topics listed under the search box never change. I'm using a Motorola i776 with Boost Mobile.

Edit: I tried to download Opera as suggested and got a 406: Not acceptable message. Any other ideas?
Edit 2: Still got the 406 error so I figured Boost was blocking the download. Went to the Boost website to try customer service but needed a number of some sort. So I went back to my paperwork to try and find the number...found the handset manual too. Turns out the problem was with the phone itself. Fixed it and now my login works just fine. ^_^ Yay! I can read my e-mail in between classes again!"
