Why can't I login to Yahoo from my tMobile HTC Android?

When I attempt to login using the correct user ID and password, a message pops up that says I've entered one of the items incorrectly. I've tried several times and I KNOW I'm entering it correctly. I AM able to login from my PC... just not my phone. I would like to be able to check my yahoo mail from my phone too.. (not just my PC).
