Usually I can download certain files, but when they go to Install, it's always the same thing. I get and Error that says I am not connected to the Internet when I clearly am. I have checked the firewall settings and nothing seems to have worked. I also cannot update existing programs like Adobe Flash player of iTunes.
Why can't I install anything on my computer?
