Why can't I hear the captured video with Sony Vegas? Can anyone give me step by step...

...instructions? Why can't I hear the captured video with Sony Vegas? I can hear it when I play it from 'Print to Tape', but I can not here it anywhere else; such as: Real Player, Windows Media Player, not even in the Sony Vegas editor.

Can anyone give me step by step instructions?
